今できること

登録せずに公開デモと3種類の血糖測定機器（CGM）を見比べるページを開けます。新規利用開始は現在停止中です。すでにこの端末で接続済みの方は、そのまま利用できます。

LibreLink、LibreLinkUp、Dexcom Shareは、実際の画面を見ながら一画面ずつ進めるガイドを用意しました。公開デモとユーザー版では、グルコと一緒に血糖の流れをやさしく振り返れます。

いま良くしていること

接続で迷う場面やAI分析の失敗を減らし、むずかしい言葉を見直しています。グルコの言葉も、もっとやさしく、あたたかくしていきます。

利用記録やAI分析で問題が起きても、血糖値やグラフの表示は続けられるようにしています。公開後も、困った場所を一つずつ直します。

Glurooは、最初に1回安全確認をした後、ふだんはそのままつながる方式です。すでに接続済みの端末では引き続き利用できますが、新しい接続と再接続は現在受け付けていません。180日使わなければ接続は切れ、ブラウザの保存を消した時や安全上必要な時も再接続が必要になります。

iPhoneでは、まずSafariからホーム画面に追加し、そのアイコンを開いてから初回接続する案内にしています。Safariで先につないだ場合、アイコン側で1回だけ入力し直すことがあります。

これから

AI分析の利用回数と、個人が分からない全体表示は本番確認を終えました。Safariからホーム画面へ追加する案内、接続画面、G7・Libre別のマニュアルも、先行体験でもらった声に沿って改善しました。現在は新規利用開始とPlus 30日パスの新規購入を停止し、すでに接続済みの方と有効期間中の方が引き続き使える状態を保ちます。

Plus 30日パス

400円の1回払いで30日間使えます。自動更新はありません。

Freeでは、成功した新しい「やさしい分析」を端末プロフィールごとに1日1回使えます。「しっかり分析」のグルコのお話し・AIお手紙・ChatGPTに相談はPlus特典です。Plusでは、通常画面のやさしい分析としっかり分析を合わせて1日5回まで、Share Studioも別枠で1日5回まで使えます。文書の確認などで失敗した回と保存済み表示は数えません。公開デモは内容を確認した固定サンプルを表示し、新しいAI生成を使いません。グラフの7日・30日・カスタム期間とShare StudioはPlus特典で、Share Studioは確認済みの利用者ごとに1回だけ無料で試せます。

子どもが使うときは、18歳以上の保護者が、購入、別の端末で使うための確認、問い合わせを管理します。この保護者確認のために、子どもの名前や血糖値は集めません。

確認メールにはResendというメール送信サービスを使います。送信に使うのは、宛先、10分で使えなくなる6桁の確認コード、コードの入力方法を伝える短い案内です。名前や血糖値、接続情報、AIお手紙は入れません。本番環境で、受信、同じメールでの復旧、古い端末の確認を無効にすること、新しい端末で使えること、アカウント削除まで確認しました。届くまで数分かかる場合の案内、60秒待ってからの安全な再送、最新メールだけを使う案内、失敗した再送で先のコードを失わない仕組みも追加しています。

二重に支払ったとき、支払ったのにPlusが始まらないとき、またはGlucoScope側の大きな障害で主なPlus特典をほとんど使えないときは、まず問題を直します。直せないときは、状況を確認して全額を返金します。理由を問わず返金する仕組みではありません。

変わらない約束

GlucoScopeをよくするため、表示名、利用した日、新しく作れたAI分析の回数、通常のグルコの想い出の数を記録します。血糖値、接続情報、AIお手紙の内容は記録しません。利用記録は設定から停止、再開、削除できます。

GlucoScopeは医療機器ではなく、診断、治療、インスリン量の判断をしません。緊急時は、いつものCGMアプリの警告と医療機関からの案内を優先してください。数字で人を責めたり、努力を採点したりしません。

You can open the public demo and compare three continuous glucose monitor (CGM) systems without signing up. New user starts are currently paused; people already connected on this device can continue to use it.

LibreLink, LibreLinkUp, and Dexcom Share have one-screen-at-a-time guides with real app screens. In the public demo and personal-user site, Gluco helps you look back at glucose patterns gently.

Improving now

We are reducing confusing connection steps and failed AI analyses, replacing difficult words, and making Gluco's messages warmer and kinder.

If optional usage recording or AI analysis has a problem, glucose values and graphs should keep working. We will keep fixing one confusing place at a time after the public beta launch.

New user starts are currently paused. A device that is already connected can continue using the protected session created after its initial safety check. It stops after 180 days without use, and reconnection is not currently accepted if browser data is erased or the connection is removed.

On iPhone, the guide asks you to add GlucoScope to the Home Screen from Safari, open the new icon, and then make the first connection there. Connecting in Safari first can require one more entry inside the icon.

Coming next

Production checks for AI-use counts and privacy-protected totals are complete. New user starts and new Plus 30-day pass purchases are currently paused. People already connected on this device and people with an active pass can continue to use GlucoScope.

Plus 30-day pass

Plus is a one-time JPY 400 payment for 30 days, with no automatic renewal.

Free includes one successful gentle analysis per day for each device profile. Detailed analysis—Gluco story, AI letter, and ChatGPT handoff—is a Plus benefit. Plus includes up to five successful gentle or detailed analyses in the regular interface and a separate allowance of up to five successful Share Studio analyses per day for each verified account. Attempts stopped by document checks or other failures and saved local displays do not count. The public demo displays a reviewed fixed sample without a new AI generation. The 7-day, 30-day, and custom graph ranges and continued Share Studio use are Plus benefits, with one free Share Studio trial for each verified user.

If a child uses Plus, an adult guardian age 18 or older will manage the purchase, verification for use on another device, and support requests. We will not collect the child's name or glucose values for this confirmation.

Verification email is sent through an email delivery service called Resend. The service receives the destination address. The message contains a six-digit code that stops working after 10 minutes and short instructions for entering it. It does not contain a name, glucose value, connection detail, or AI letter. Production acceptance confirmed inbox delivery, same-email recovery, rejection of the old session, continued access through the new session, and account deletion. The current flow explains several-minute delays, enforces a 60-second safe resend wait, tells people to use only the newest email, and preserves the earlier code when a resend clearly fails.

If you are charged twice, a paid pass does not start, or a major GlucoScope-side outage makes the main Plus benefits mostly unusable, we will first try to fix the problem. If we cannot fix it, we will review what happened and provide a full refund. This is not a refund-for-any-reason policy.

What will not change

To improve GlucoScope, we record a display name, days used, successful new AI analyses, and ordinary Gluco memories. We do not record glucose values, connection details, or AI-letter contents. You can stop, resume, or delete usage recording in Settings.

GlucoScope is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, make treatment decisions, or suggest insulin doses. In an urgent situation, follow alerts from your usual CGM app and guidance from your healthcare team. GlucoScope will not blame people or grade their effort by a number.
